双马来酰亚胺(简称BMI)是由聚酰亚胺树脂体系派生的另一类树脂体系,是以马来酰亚胺(MI)为活性端基的双官能团化合物,有与环氧树脂相近的流动性和可模塑性,可用与环氧树脂类同的一般方法进行加工成型,克服了环氧树脂耐热性相对较低的缺点,因此,近二十年来得到迅速发展和广泛应用。

In this paper, N-substituted maleimide preparation principle, the introduction of maleic anhydride to poly-amino, developed a new environmentally friendly non-phosphorus corrosion inhibitor, used in industrial water treatment.

With maleic anhydride and ethylene diamine as raw materials, water as solvent, hydrogen peroxide as initiator, FeSO4.7H2O as reducing agent, the system got water-soluble copolymer of maleic acid amide. The initiator of this process the amount of reaction time, reaction temperature operating conditions were investigated and established optimum conditions. The results show that the amount of hydrogen peroxide initiator was 13% (by monomer weight), reaction time 3h; reaction temperature is 95 ℃, reducing reagent (Fe2 +) was 30% H2O2 of 125mg / l as the appropriate conditions (by monomer weight). Synthetic polymer on scale and corrosion inhibition performance test results show that when the copolymer concentration of 15mg / l, its inhibition rate was the highest, and its inhibition rate reached 92.2%. When the polymer concentration of 150ppm, the inhibition was best. Corrosion rate can reach about 53%
