一、麂子子排骨怎么红烧

麂子肉是一道味美又补气的食材,在红烧麂子子排骨时其实做法和红烧猪排差不多,你按照红烧猪排骨的做法去红烧麂子子排骨就可以了。

二、麂子肉可以红烧吗?

麂子肉可以做红烧,方法如下:

主料:麂子肉适量。

配料: 八角茴、大蒜(去皮)各适量。

做法:

1、锅内油烧热后,放入一小勺白糖(上色用),这时火要开小一点,待糖熔化变成酱油色,倒入五花肉、八角茴翻炒炒到肉开始转色。

2、开始焖肉,放入足够的热水,要盖过肉多一点,烧开后改小火。

3、加盖锅盖 ,用小火焖1个小时左右 ,等水份烧干开始出油时,加入大蒜(里面黑色的小点点是八角茴)、盐、味精,再焖几分钟,将肉和大蒜子拌匀,再放一点开水焖几分钟就行了。

小贴士:

1、大蒜很容易熟的,这样烧出来的大蒜子很粉,味道很好,

2、为了好看,可以在盛盘之后再撒一点葱花在上面,会让人更有食欲的。

三、红烧麂子肉如何去臊味

1、将一只萝卜钻些孔,入锅与麂子肉同煮;也可在锅中放几粒绿豆,都可除去腥膻味。

2、将麂子肉用清水白煮,吃时加蒜及稀辣椒少许(辣椒油或者辣椒面和水搅拌成的稀糊),膻气也可减少。

3、将麂子肉洗净切好,放入开水锅中,然后倒上一些米醋。一般1斤麂子肉可放1斤水、0.5两醋。煮到开锅,取出麂子肉,膻气便可解除。这时,将去掉膻气的麂子肉红烧或者采取其他法均可。

4、烧、煮麂子肉时,加入一定量的咖喱粉,也可除膻气。一般1斤鹿肉放半包或三分之一包咖喱粉。
